Beverley Wood
Embroidery, needlework and, later, patchwork and quilting have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I joined both the Embroiderers Guild and the Quilters Guild in the early 1980s and studied for the City and Guilds Creative
Embroidery Course in 1982.
I have exhibited my work in galleries both local and national.
Although my own work tends towards a free and experimental approach to embroidery and quilting, I am keen to pass on
traditional techniques to future generations and to inspire anyone working with needle, fabric and thread at whatever level of ability.
